Misth started 2010 when Maria Rådsten and the members of Mercury Fang decided to join forces and start a new progressive hard rock band. 

Maria came from a long and successful career in the pop scene but had always felt an urge to use her capabilities in a rock/metal environment and her voice turned out to be exactly what Mercury Fang needed to be able to start out a new chapter in the bands history, Misth was born!

 

After only 4 months the premiere gig was held at "The Cave" (click for video)" in Sundbyberg/Stockholm and it was quite obvious that the band was on to something special.
